Payments & Cancellation Policy

Open Market provides digital, subscription-based services. All purchases grant access to platform features, listing credits, or visibility tools for the selected billing period.

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payments & Cancellation Policy.


No Refunds

All subscription fees, listing fees, and paid features on Open Market are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for any of the following, including but not limited to:

  • unused subscription time

  • unused listing credits

  • canceled subscriptions

  • plan downgrades or changes

  • lack of inquiries, leads, sales, or results

  • removal or expiration of listings in accordance with platform rules

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.


Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel a subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period

  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

  • Your subscription will not renew automatically

Cancellation prevents future charges only. It does not trigger a refund for any amounts already paid.


After Expiration

After your paid subscription period ends:

  • any unused listing credits are forfeited

  • access to paid features may be restricted or removed

  • listings may be downgraded, hidden, or removed in accordance with Open Market’s Listing Policies


Digital Services Only

Open Market does not sell physical goods.

All services provided through the platform are digital in nature and are considered delivered and used once access is granted, regardless of actual usage during the billing period.


Legal Exceptions

Refunds will be issued only if required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
No discretionary or goodwill refunds are offered outside of these legal requirements.
