Acceptance of These Policies

These Listing Policies (“Policies”) form part of the Open Market Terms of Service.

By creating, publishing, managing, or promoting a listing on Open Market, you agree to comply with these Policies.

Violations may result in listing removal, reduced visibility, account restrictions, suspension, or termination at Open Market’s sole discretion.

  • Health & Medical
  • Home Services
  • Hotels & Travel

Listings outside supported categories, or listings that violate platform rules, may be removed or restricted without notice.

Listing Accuracy and Authority

By publishing a listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right and authority to publish the listing
  • Business information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Descriptions, pricing, and availability are not intentionally misleading
  • You have permission to use all uploaded media, photos, text, and branding

Open Market does not independently verify ownership, licensing, certifications, legality, or authority.

Responsibility for listing accuracy rests entirely with the user publishing the listing.

User Due Diligence and Risk

Open Market is a business discovery and listing platform. Open Market is not a broker, agent, employer, service provider, healthcare provider, financial advisor, or transaction intermediary.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before interacting with businesses or services listed on the platform.

  • Verifying licenses, certifications, insurance, or qualifications
  • Confirming pricing, availability, and terms
  • Reviewing disclosures, policies, or agreements
  • Evaluating businesses independently before making decisions
  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

All interactions and transactions occur at the user’s own risk.

Prohibited Listings and Content

You may not use Open Market to post, promote, or facilitate:

  • Illegal goods, services, or activities
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
  • Fake, misleading, or bait-and-switch listings
  • Discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Sexually explicit services or prohibited adult content
  • Unsafe or dangerous activities
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Content that violates consumer protection or advertising laws

Listings that violate these rules may be removed immediately without prior notice.

Pricing, Availability, and Representation

Listings must clearly and honestly represent:

  • Pricing and fees where applicable
  • Availability status
  • Material conditions or limitations
  • Business offerings and services

Misleading pricing, false availability, or deceptive representations are prohibited.

Open Market may reduce visibility, limit access, or remove listings that create confusion, risk, or misuse of the platform.

Listing Plans, Visibility, and Credits

Some business profiles and visibility features may require an active subscription, listing plan, or available listing credits.

  • Listing limits depend on the selected plan
  • Enhanced visibility features may vary by subscription tier
  • Unused credits may expire or be forfeited
  • Paid plans do not guarantee leads, customers, sales, rankings, or business outcomes

Subscription fees are charged for platform access, publishing tools, visibility options, and listing features — not guaranteed results.

Moderation and Enforcement

Open Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Remove, edit, or restrict listings
  • Reduce visibility or search placement
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Take enforcement action without prior notice

Open Market is not obligated to provide warnings, explanations, or reinstatement.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account removal.

No Endorsement or Guarantees

Open Market does not endorse, verify, certify, or guarantee any business, listing, service, professional, or outcome displayed on the platform.

Publishing a listing does not imply approval, recommendation, verification, or endorsement by Open Market.

Relationship to Terms of Service

These Listing Policies are incorporated into and governed by the Open Market Terms of Service.

Violations of these Policies may result in enforcement actions under the Terms, including suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Changes to These Policies

Open Market may update these Listing Policies at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies.
