Open Market Payments and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how paid plans, subscription access, listing credits, cancellations, and refunds are handled on Open Market.

Digital Subscription Services

Open Market provides digital, subscription-based services. Purchases may grant access to platform features, business profile tools, listing credits, visibility enhancements, or other digital services for the selected billing period.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid plan or paid feature, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payments & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel a subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically

Cancellation prevents future charges only. It does not trigger a refund for any amounts already paid.

No Refunds

All subscription fees, listing fees, listing credits, and paid features on Open Market are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for any of the following, including but not limited to:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Unused listing credits
  • Canceled subscriptions
  • Plan downgrades or changes
  • Lack of inquiries, leads, sales, rentals, bookings, traffic, or results
  • Removal, restriction, downgrade, or expiration of listings under platform rules

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed unless required by applicable law.

After Subscription Expiration

After your paid subscription period ends:

  • Any unused listing credits may be forfeited
  • Access to paid features may be restricted or removed
  • Visibility enhancements may stop displaying
  • Listings may be downgraded, hidden, or removed in accordance with Open Market’s Listing Policies

Digital Services Only

Open Market does not sell physical goods.

All services provided through the platform are digital in nature and are considered delivered once access is granted, regardless of whether the features, credits, or subscription benefits are fully used during the billing period.

Legal Exceptions

Refunds will be issued only where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

No discretionary, goodwill, or convenience refunds are offered outside of legal requirements.
