You can create a Free Business Listing for $0 with no
monthly fee. Paid plans begin with Basic at $1.99/month
and add more location, contact, media, and business-management features.
What is included in the Free Business Listing?
The Free Business Listing includes a public business
profile page, business name and category, up to three business
specialties, business logo, business overview, business summary,
business highlights, city or service region, one gallery image, and
customer reviews.
What is included in the Basic plan?
Basic costs $1.99/month and includes everything in the
Free Business Listing, plus a custom cover image, complete business
address, interactive map and directions, public phone number, website
link, business hours, service areas, direct messaging, social media
profiles, and up to three gallery images.
What is the difference between Basic and Starter?
Basic at $1.99/month provides an affordable,
owner-managed listing with essential location and contact features.
Starter at $5.99/month includes everything in Basic,
adds a public business email address, and increases the gallery limit
to 10 images.
Why should I upgrade to Showcase?
Showcase costs $14.99/month and is designed for
businesses that want stronger visibility. It includes everything in
Starter, up to 50 gallery images, featured directory placement,
stronger map visibility, and eligibility for Recommended Nearby
placement.
What does the Prime plan include?
Prime costs $29.99/month and provides Open Market’s
strongest visibility package. It includes everything in Showcase, up
to 100 gallery images, a verified business badge after review, priority
placement in Recommended Nearby, and top visibility across relevant
category and location results.
Can I upgrade my listing later?
Yes. You can begin with a Free Business Listing or
Basic for $1.99/month and upgrade when your business
needs additional contact options, gallery capacity, featured placement,
verification, or stronger visibility.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes. Paid Open Market listing plans can be canceled anytime. When the
paid plan ends, its premium features and promotional placement will no
longer remain active. Any continued listing availability will depend on
the listing and plan options available at that time.
Who can claim or manage a business listing?
Only business owners or authorized representatives should claim or
manage a business listing. Open Market may review listings for accuracy
and quality. Duplicate, misleading, unauthorized, or policy-violating
listings may be removed.
Does every business receive a verified badge?
No. A verified business badge is a Prime plan feature
and is provided only after Open Market reviews the business. Purchasing
Prime does not remove the verification review requirement.
What is Recommended Nearby placement?
Recommended Nearby placement can introduce a business to customers
viewing other relevant listings on Open Market. Showcase
listings are eligible for this placement, while Prime
listings receive priority placement.

Open Market helps customers discover businesses through categories,
specialties, locations, services, business highlights, directory
results, and map-based discovery. Showcase and Prime add promotional
features such as featured placement, Recommended Nearby exposure, and
