monthly fee. It includes a public profile page, business name and
category, up to three specialties, business logo, overview,
summary, highlights, city or service region, one gallery image,
and customer reviews.
What’s included in the Basic plan?
Basic costs $1.99/month and includes everything
in the Free Listing, plus a custom cover image, complete business
address, interactive map and directions, public phone number,
website link, business hours, service areas, direct messaging,
social media profiles, profile management, and up to three
gallery images.
What’s included in Starter?
Starter costs $5.99/month and includes everything
in Basic. It adds a public business email address and increases
the gallery limit to 10 images, giving customers another way to
contact your business and explore what you offer.
How are the five listing plans different?
Free establishes a basic public presence.
Basic adds profile management, complete location,
map, phone, website, hours, messaging, social profiles, and more
images. Starter adds public email and up to 10
images. Showcase adds featured placement, stronger
map visibility, up to 50 images, and eligibility for Recommended
Nearby. Prime adds up to 100 images, verification
after review, priority Recommended Nearby placement, and Open
Market’s strongest visibility.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. You can begin with a Free Business Listing
and upgrade to Basic, Starter, Showcase, or Prime
when you need more contact features, gallery capacity, featured
placement, verification, or stronger visibility.
When do my phone number, email, and website appear?
Your public phone number and website link become
available with Basic. A public business email address
becomes available with Starter. These public contact fields are
not included in the Free Business Listing.
How many gallery images can I upload?
The Free Listing includes one image. Basic includes
up to three images, Starter includes up to
10 images, Showcase includes up to
50 images, and Prime includes up to
100 images.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes. Paid Open Market business listing plans are billed monthly
and can be canceled anytime. When the paid plan ends, its premium
features and promotional placement will no longer remain active.
Continued listing availability will depend on the listing and plan
options available at that time.
What does Recommended Nearby placement mean?
Recommended Nearby placement can introduce your business to
customers viewing other relevant listings on Open Market.
Showcase listings are eligible for this placement,
while Prime listings receive priority placement
for stronger cross-listing exposure.
What’s the difference between directory and map visibility?
Directory visibility helps customers discover your business through
categories, specialties, and search results. Map visibility helps
customers find your complete location and access directions.
The Free Listing includes a city or service region, while complete
address and interactive map features begin with Basic. Showcase
and Prime provide additional visibility opportunities.
Does every Prime listing receive a verified badge?
Prime listings are eligible for a
verified business badge after review. Purchasing
Prime does not bypass Open Market’s verification process. The
business must still meet the applicable review requirements.
